What it looks like for employees

Notification of the campaign is received via emails, intranet and posters which direct them to the booking system
They select the date and location for their vaccination and complete an online consent form
Email confirmations are sent and the booking is automatically added to their calendar
Medical information is made available for those who want to know more
An email reminder is sent the day before their appointment
Employees are emailed a vaccination record, FAQs about post vaccination care and customer service survey
We arrange automatic reporting to the Australian Immunisation Register
