Jill is the director of JSB and has over 30 years experience in the health industry. She is also a Registered Nurse (Division 1) and qualified immunisation vaccinator.
Prior to founding JSB in 1989, Jill was a senior occupational health nurse at a variety of organisations including The Alfred Hospital and the Department of Defence. She holds a number of qualifications including from the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital, Deakin University and the General Practitioners College.
Nicole is an experienced health professional and qualified pharmacist with expertise in public health and infectious disease, having previously practiced as a senior pharmacist at Eastern Health and Monash Health. Nicole also has additional immunisation qualifications.
Nicole has spent many years working with our clients to manage their health service requirements, including vaccination programs. Nicole is passionate about the business of health and promoting safety in the workplace.
Glenn has a leadership background having previously worked in a variety of commercial environments, including as a senior lawyer at an Australian business law firm.
Glenn is an excellent communicator and is responsible for client contract management, health strategy and legal compliance across the business. Glenn combines his commercial skills with his genuine passion for people to drive performance, enhance our health services and ensure KPI performance is maintained against contract deliverables.
Cathy is the director of People and Culture. She joined us in 2002 and has worked in a variety of health roles including occupational health, school nursing, vaccinations and workplace health assessments. Cathy has over 20 years’ experience in the health industry.
In her role, Cathy oversees and manages our nurses in their workplaces. Cathy is passionate about placing nurses in roles they are suited to and ensuring our nurses receive the support they need to excel. Cathy is passionate about promoting healthy workplaces and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Movement.
Lisa is an experienced and efficient office manager, who has over 20 years’ experience in a variety of industries. She is a key member of our office management team and oversees the administration side of the business.
Lisa is incredibly organized, a great communicator and has excellent attention to detail. She always has a positive attitude and has built excellent rapport with our clients and staff. Lisa loves her role and is committed to providing an excellent service to our clients.
